We can't think of a better way to celebrate home ownership than giving back a little to help those in need of a home. Here are some ways to get involved with Homeowners Impact Fund:
Attend Our Benefit Event
Our annual Homeowners Impact Fund benefit event will be held this year on Thursday, Nov. 13, 2025 from 6:00 to 9:30pm at Charlotte Country Club. This unforgettable evening will bring together real estate community leaders, builders and passionate supporters with one shared purpose: to uplift and support neighbors experiencing homelessness. Become a sponsor and host a table or purchase tickets individually.
Donate to Our Mission
If you can’t attend the event but would still like to contribute, you can donate directly here for a one-time or recurring donation. Funds raised for the Homeowners Impact Fund are distributed to reputable local 501(c)3 organizations that support individuals and families in finding a path out of homelessness. This includes those in need of short-term assistance and those with disabilities in need of long-term assistance for housing. All donors who contribute $500 or more will be recognized on our Donors & Sponsors page.
