Homeowners Impact Fund engages the Charlotte real estate market to give back to our community by recognizing and addressing the urgent needs of the homeless population in Charlotte. As the real estate industry has thrived particularly over the past few years, we aspire to pay it forward and extend assistance to those beyond the reach of our regular services.
Homeowners Impact Fund Benefit
Our primary fundraising efforts are supported through the annual Homeowners Impact Fund Benefit event, held this year on Thursday, Nov. 13, 2025 at the Charlotte Country Club. The dynamic event includes a live auction and exciting games and prizes, all to raise money to fight homelessness in the Charlotte region.

Transforming Lives
Funds raised for the Homeowners Impact Fund are distributed to reputable local 501(c)3 organizations that support individuals and families in finding a path out of homelessness. This includes those in need of short-term assistance and those with disabilities in need of long-term assistance for housing. Join us in our fight to end homelessness.
Who We Are
Homeowners Impact Fund is a 501(c)3 nonprofit founded in 2020 with the mission of combating homelessness through collective giving from people involved in the real estate industry. Our board of directors is comprised of leaders in the real estate industry with a passion for giving back.
